J&K will touch newer heights under Prime Minsiter Narendra Modi’s government after the abrogation of Article 370, said Rajnath Singh Former BJP National President & Union Minister.

Bharatiya Janata Party has come a long way since 2 MPs in 1984 to rewriting history by returning back to power 2^nd time simultaneously now and it is in BJP’s nature to face the challenges and do the things that are in best interest of Nation and society, he said.

Rajnath Singh was addressing the masses and BJP activists of Jammu & Kashmir on the occasion of completeion of eventful 1 year of Modi2.0. He accompanied by BJP National General Secretary Ram Madhav and Union MoS Dr. Jitendra Singh addressed the Digital “Virtual Rally” from the BJP National Headquarter, New Delhi.

J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina, (MP Raja Sabha) Shamsher Singh Manhas(former BJP State President), MP (Lok Sabha) Jugal Kishore Sharma, Ashok Khajuria (former BJP State President), Sat Sharma (former BJP State President), former Dy. CM Kavinder Gupta and party General Secretary Sunil Sharma (former Minister) formed the part of the panel on the stage of rally at party headquarter, Trikuta Nagar, Jammu.

Rajnath Singh, while addressing the rally, said that in wake of Corona Pandemic presently, the BJP is conducting virtual Rallies through Digital modes as this is the most important time to keep in touch with one another. He said that this advancement marks initiation of a new digital era, which will trigger a major change in Indian Politics.

He said that with the change in weather, temperature of Muzzaffarabad and other areas shown, Pakistan is trying to play mischievous plots, but, all such acts are being given befitting reply by our brave Army jawans. He said that may be soon people of PoK would reject Pakistan and come to side with India.

Rajnath Singh said that earlier we used to see Pakistan and ISIS flags in some sponsored protests which have vanished and replaced by proud Tiranga being furled everywhere in the Kashmir today. Today, we have the real Kashmiriyat which also involves Baba Amarnath Barfani and blend of other cultures as well.

Rajnath said that BJP has nature of presenting report card after 1 year of its government and as such the Digital rallies were planned so as to follow all the guidelines of Corona advisories. He said that many developed and strong Nations of the world have fallen short in front of Corona infection, but we restricted it in very initial stages itself with the strong decision taken by our worthy Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that the Lockdown saved many Lakh precious lives, which got appraisal from all over the world including WHO.

He said that from importer of PPE kits, we are one of the largest producers of the PPE kits now and many of these could only be achieved because of that the Lockdown was implemented timely and also that all the Indians supported the Lockdown fully. He also appreciated the efficient role of J&K Administration in successfully containing the Pandemic.

Rajnath said that the other political parties used to taunt BJP that Article 370, Shree Ram Mandir are only election gimmicks for BJP, but now we have proved that we do what we promise. He said that earlier, political parties here used to have difference between promises and their deliverances, but BJP has established that the political parties must fulfil their poll promises.

Rajnath said that India has emerged as one of the strongest Nations in the world now, even generating massive support from almost all the Muslim Nations except a few.

Earlier various sections like Valmikis, etc. suffered for decades together but they have been served with ling due justice now after the removal of Article 370. He said that, earlier Jammu and Ladakh areas always complained of being given step motherly treatment which has been today done away with.

He said that many great decisions have been done by Modi led government. He maintained that Jammu & Kashmir will be developed on priority with all possible steps immediately.

He said that Congress deliberately nurtured the Article 370 for its petty political gains, as it never wished to solve the matter. Congress could have made it permanent if it presumed it to be of so much significance but it only wanted to make use of false sentiments attached to the issue.

He said that the corruption has been controlled in the J&K to very significant extent and the facilities have been improved manifolds in the region.

He said that WPR, PoJK residents have got their rights now. IB residents have got reservation now. Bunkers along the LoC and IB have been made. Panchayats are strengthened now, only by BJP.

Questioning Congress for its pseudo-secularism, Rajnath pointed out that while the term “Secular” was applied to whole of India by adding amendment to the constitution, why J&K was not made “Secular” by Congress. Congress was never a “Secular” party, he insisted.

BJP has done ground work to meet the expectations of masses. He said that BJP has ensured electricity supply to every village providing around 2.5 Crore electricity connections. We have resolved to provide “Pacca Ghar” and roof to everybody to take a night’s sound sleep. Now, everyone has access to Bank Account. Around 10 Crore toilets have been made. World leader scheme of “Ayushmaan Bharat” is implemented in India.

We have resolved to double farmer’s income till 2022. Amendment in APMC Act to comfort farmers has been done. We have provided open access of markets/Mandis to farmers. MSME, SCI etc. have been worked upon to strengthen the units.FDI has been capped to promote local entrepreneurs.

In Defence, India was earlier an importer of Arms but now with “Make In India” emphasis we are marching towards being an exporter Nation.  Chief of Defense Staff post is created to promote coordination between all the forces. Rafale will soon strengthen our Air Force.

Shree Ram Mandir issue solved with Court decision. CAA was approved to help those in need. Triple Talaq was banned and many more such decisions have been made.

In foreign policies, he said that today India-China issues have been handled efficiently not at all compromising Indian interest. India is being considered for joining the G-7 Nations today, thanks to Modi ji.

He paid his respects to all the jawans of military, paramilitary, police, agencies etc. who have sacrificed their lives in the service of mother Nation. He also paid his respected to the recently martyred Sarpanch Ajay Pandita, Pandit Prem Nath Dogra tall leader from Jammu and Mohammad Maqbool Sherwani who laid down his life serving Nation in 1947.

In the end, he asked all the BJP leaders to increase contact with masses by various means but complying with all the Corona guidelines, whereafter an oath was taken to use and promote Swadeshi products.

Ravinder Raina said that in whole of India, justice to everyone. Everyone has got opportunity now. This is our own government. Many development works have been done in last 6 years with many landmark decisions. 70 years we have suffered due to Pakistan. Article 370 was made a wall giving 2 flag, 2 marks, 2 leaders. There was a conspiracy to keep J&K isolated. Under BJP the different isolating temperament was done away with. PoJK, WPR, Gujjar- Bakkarwals, Paharis and other Nationalists were given their rights. Our forces took hard steps like Surgical strikes to give Pakistan sponsored terrorism a befitting reply. He said that under PM Modi J&K has started marching on development path.

Dr. Jatinder Singh said that with the grit of BJP, J&K has seen historic moments on 5^th and 6^th August. He said that many people tried to scare the order, in order to prevent what was inevitable. But, after the removal, it was the first time in history that every festival passed on smoothly without any fear or bloodshed. He also dares Congress to say that it has the guts to bring back Article 370. He said that Congress never spoke on the killings of innocent Kashmiri Pandits but concerned to play its dirty politics.

Dr. Singh spoke on various landmark developments in like PMGSY, AIIMS, Biotech Park, FDI, Medicine project in IIIM, when se said that the step motherly treatment with Jammu region has ended now. He stressed that 370 will never return now and we must focus on issues of development now.

Jugal Kishore Sharma said that Modi government completed works of 70 years in 6 years. He served the Nation in form of “Pradhan Sewak”. He said that PM Modi has set up an example of working in the fight against Corona Pandemic. He said that every care was taken of all the sufferers due to the Corona Lockdown. He also said that the decisions taken by Modi government will be remembered forever. He also enumerated many decisions like Bunker formation and others for the resident of J&K.
